Manipulates documents using computer operations involving Microsoft Word, Excel, On-Line Printing, Etc. Provides first level support and troubleshooting of campus copiers including regularly lifting up to 75lbs when replenishing copier paper across campus.ДЄnswers general phone inquiries and provides excellent customer service. Preforms general maintenance on digital presses and other related equipment. Operates machinery related to bindery including cutters, GBC & Velo binding machines, laminators, etc.
